On a number of things as well. I'm sure the company is trying to make it right(they posted they are giving PHG a deal on the order), but I'm unsure if PHG would ever use them again unless the fulfillment company bent over backwards to make sure any future orders were done is a professional manner.
I'll be sure to research the entire supply chain next time I buy something... OR I guess I might just hold the company I'm doing business with responsible for all that.
Of course you hold PHG responsible, and you ask them, "What's up with this?" But you also listen to them when they explain what happened, and you accept their apology when they take responsibility. This is what adults do. When we screw up, we apologize and take responsibility, and on the other side we forgive and move on.
Or we post a few hundred times on the forums. :whistle:
