I just got this game and played the first chapter yesterday.

I had a question about using the fishhook and thread in water with a current.

I says that it is not an action to use it, but it is also technically not listed as a free action.

While in a current you may not use free actions.

So does this mean you can place the fishhook to get out of water while you are in water?
