I'm sorry, but Jerry has been posting on this forum pretty much every day. Colby has given updates when there are updates to be given and has already directly responded to this very issue. To say that is lacking is utter and complete bull.

PHG communicates like no other game company I ever heard of and they are rewarded by endless debates and angry mobs here on the geek (as if PGH purposely frustrates the chance of actually earning money).

Wow! Very touchy. Especially since I was trying to be even handed.
So, I don't consider myself a BGG devotee. I have my account here, take part in the occasional contest, and check out forums from time to time. But I don't live here, haven't quite figured out a lot of the intricacies of the site, and honestly, probably won't every get around to learnign all about it.
My point is, posting updates from Colby or Kevin on a 3rd party forum board doesn't qualify in my book as fantastic communications. The devotees here may consider this heresy, but I bought the game from the PHG site. It did not tell me I had to check here for official info from the company. I only figured out who Colby and Kevin are out of context from the forum, because there isn't any sort of "Official PHG Rep" tag for them, at least to my casual eye.
In fact, PHG does have it's own web site, and I believe I recall providing them my e-mail address when I purchased the game (though I might be confusing some recent purchases). I first checked there to find out about the delivery. I only came here when things started to seem like they where off, i.e. it seemed like the original window of potential delivery had come and gone.
So if Colby and Kevin update here every day, as claimed, but the news section of their own site is devoid of info on the delivery, then how fantastic is it?
Sorry, I know I'm terribly arrogant because of this, but I think that a company should communicate with all of their customers, not just those hard core fans or power BGG users who read all the forum posts and know who every member of PHG is.
And yes, this is not a big deal. But you'd hardly tell from the reactions around here.
