I would much rather they spend their time packaging and sending shipments over holding our hands about how many boxes they shipped each day and to what zip codes they were sent. If PHG never told us the games were stuck in customs and had "HOPED" to have them in the warehouse the following week, we'd all just go about our lives and wait impatiently for a box to arrive since we didn't have an expectation of how long it takes for customs, PHG and the post office to do their job. I'm sure they are doing everything they can to get the games out using their typical processes to maintain the order of the business and not playing chapter 3 to spite us all. And I agree, a watched pot never boils.With as many pitchforks being raised over a $70 purchase, I'd hate to see a loss in some people's 401K or IRA.
