My feeling about Colby and Plaid hat could not possibly be further away from thinking this.
Stuff happens, we will live. You give better service to your customers than almost any business I have ever dealt with. You feeling this way just shows the standards you have for yourself.
+1. To me Colby "gets" it and you can see that in the game he had made and the company he runs.
