this was confusing because the rulebook says "roll the action die and move again using the new roll result" which seems to be saying you can only use the movement on the die. And the part on all normal movement rules i believe is there so we know that scurry doesn't add any special moves or allow us to break the rules.

when you use a scurry, just use all the same rules you use for a normal move. It just allows your mouse to exchange an action for a second move.
