It didn't happen a lot, but playing through the campaign there were times when we just didn't have enough cheese tokens. I've seen a few people make really neat 3D cheese out of Sculpey, but here's another easy solution. If you still have your cheese punch-board, you can make 18 full-color cheese and 6 more partially white cheese tokens. Just trace around a cheese token, and use scissors or an Xacto knife to cut them out. The full-color tokens will have a bit of red on them, but so what? It's a great, cheap solution to running out of cheese. I thought of this after we had finished the main campaign. At least Crumbles will have plenty of cheese to eat!Extra Cheese Tokens traced out. The left two on the bottom were traced with a pen that just left an impression, no ink line. You can see it cuts into the red part a little.
My personally painted figures enjoying the new cheese side by side with a normal cheese token. I just used regular scissors to cut the token out.
