Ya you could use the fishhook, but it gets weird when the snake moves cause the fishhook has to move with him.I did not use it while playing, but maybe after the snake moves the fishook would be removed from the chapter.(or from campaign) Could make it to easy to kill him though, but at the cost of losing hook for remainder of campaign?
Maybe you must roll something to hook it into a moving target, and it discards from chapter(campaign) after he moves.
Maybe just say the fishook can't be used on him for some reason.
Maybe using the hook takes all actions for that mouse that turn, and it removes after the snake moves?
Maybe climbing the hook takes your attack action due to the snake being a moving object?
At first, when a mouse caused damage while standing on the head I allowed that damage to be applied to both fangs at the same time. Maybe that was better. I only changed it to make it easier to kill him. Also note that you can move onto the head from the back, even though it has a red line. Should have erased the back part of the line probably.
And finally, the last time I played, I did not allow the snake to attack a mouse standing on the red part of his back. So if the snake did not have any valid target(all mice on red back tokens) it would not move but each mouse on its back would still roll mousetraps or fall off, like the snake will at the very least try to shake the mice off. I like this way becuase it solves a fiddy bit, and prevents the snake from attacking where his head could not reach, like a mouse standing on the head itself.
The file size was not made smaller before posting it here, so if I put it in the files section, it would be the same quality it is now. Unless I'm missing something. Just right click it and save to your computer then print. Should be fine. if not let me know.
Hope this helps anyone who dares face the beast...
