I thought this might be the case as well at first, but after having seen the comments, it makes more sense thinking that Colby would wait until this problem is gone to post the podcast. I do believe that they have the game ready for shipping.
Also see a post a bit above in this thread, where someone says they got an email from Colby saying the game has cleared customs and is due to start shipping monday.
Now my only question that I have is wondering if we will get some sort of tracking for the game.
