I haven't found the game exceptionally difficult playing on my own (I've only lost once or twice, and I've played through Chapter 5). It is possible to increase the difficulty in various ways, most easily in the first few Chapters by swapping out the Standard encounter cards for Difficult ones. I can imagine other ways, as well if you wanted to try. For instance, you could start a scenario with no abilities, and force the mice to Level Up to gain one. Or you could simply add an extra enemy beyond what the encounter cards call for. It all depends on how far you want to go to make it harder for yourself.↧
