It seems to me that minions with range should roll the movement die, since "all movement rules that apply to a mouse apply to a minion." Of course, if they can already see a mouse, they won't be moving anywhere...but that shouldn't shield them from the eyes of the crow. After all, an idling mouse will still be in danger.

The question I have is that if you're hit by the crow, you get knocked down, and then have to spend your entire movement next turn to pick yourself back up. On the turn that you're recovering from being knocked down, and are unable to move anywhere (except by using the scurry action), do you still roll the movement die? My guess is that yes, you do.
