Oh but this is BGG.. where mob mentality rules and decency only exists if you agree with the masses. Anyone that goes against the grain is taken as a troll or whining useless baby that needs to be put down.If 60% of the direct sales had come with damaged components the BGG mob would be calling for blood of PHG - something to the tune of "this injustice must be stopped!". But if it happens to a few and they dare voice their view the mob says "your expectations are the problem".
